The trail for the Frey Peak expedition involves passing through the magnificent Rathong glacier along with huge boulders and rocks. - Day 1: Arrive at SiliguriBaghdogra Airport and drive to Yuksom
- Day 2: Trek preparation, briefing, and checking of all equipment. Spend the night in Yuksom
- Day 3: Trek from Yuksom to Tshoka for 7 hours
- Day 4: Trek from Tshoka to Dzongri for 5 hours
- Day 5: Acclimatization at Dzongri
- Day 6: Trek from Dzongri to Chawrigang Base Camp
- Day 7: Acclimatization Day
- Day 8: Trek from Base Camp to Advanced Base Camp
- Day 9: Opening the route
- Day 10: Attempt to Summit
- Day 11: 2nd attempt to Summit and back to Base Camp
- Day 12: Trek back to Dzongri
- Day 13: Trek to Tshoka
- Day 14: Trek to Yuksom
