Everest base camp trek is one of the most awe-inspiring and popular trekking trails in the world. The trek to Everest Base Camp is not only a trek to the Everest Region but also a great opportunity to capture the incredible beauty of the region and experience Kalapathar viewpoint (5,550m). Here, you can have a spectacular view of world's highest mountain Mt Everest (8848m) along with other eight-thousander's including Mt. Lhotse, Mt Makalu and Mt Cho Oyu.
Along with the mountain views, trekkers can experience and learn about the living style of the world-famous climbers - the Sherpas. You will also spend time in Sagarmatha National Park discovering the beautiful flora and fauna protected here. The trekking experience does not end here, however, and you will also have the opportunity to visit local villages and many monasteries and enjoy the peculiar landscapes and the hospitality of Sherpas.

Typical Day
Normally, we will walk 5/6 hours every day while on the trek which starts around 7:30 am after a hot breakfast. We will take a break for lunch between 12:00-1:00 pm, which may take about one and half hour. After our lunch, we continue our trek to reach today’s destination.
We supply dinner at 7:30 pm. Warm dining rooms are available for dinner.
Age range, type of group
Trekkers should be physically fit and mentally prepared to complete this trek. And travel insurance is required in case of emergency helicopter evacuation. Age between 10 - 65 years old are accepted. Kids or children should be accompanied by their parents.
We arrange this trek for groups of family, friends, colleagues and couple, individual. Small group departure and private departure are available.
Twin sharing accommodation at local lodges for an overnight stay including full board meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) with hot tea or coffee as per your choice every day during the trek. Continental, Chinese, Nepali and Indian menu foods will be served.

No, any restriction is on gender and smoking for this trek but we always suggest our guest don't smoke while you are on high altitude treks in Nepal Himalayan region, if you don't at least try to reduce.
