The journey starting right away from a scenic flight to Lukla leads you to the foothills of the World's highest mountain, Mount Everest (8848m). Elevating at the height of 5364m, the Everest base camp trek is the most popular walk in the Himalayas. Enjoy acclimatization day in Namche and Dengboche. Walk past small village settlements of Tengboche, Pheriche, Lobuche and Gorakhshep. Visit the famous Tengboche monastery; enjoy the views of Khumbu glacier and Khumbu icefall as you head towards your destination. Embark on the foothills of the greatest mountain. Summit Kalapathar to witness the splendid sunrise view over the majestic Mount Everest. Get yourself in the midst of mammoths of mountains together with great views of other mountain peaks. Climb the island peak in the 42th day of your trek and surround yourself with astounding views of Nuptse (7879m), Lhotse Middle peak (8410m), Lhotse Shar (8383m), Cho Polu (6734m), Makalu (8475m), Baruntse (7720m) and Ama Dablam (6856m).

  • Day 4: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m); 5-6 hours
  • Day 5: Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar
  • Day 6: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3860m); 5-6 hours
  • Day 7: Trek from Tengboche to Pheriche (4200m); 4-5 hours
  • Day 8: Trek from Pheriche to Lobuche (4930m); 5-6 hours
  • Day 9: Trek from Lobuche to Gorakshep (5140m) and then to Everest Base Camp (5364m); 6-7 hours
  • Day 10: Trek from Gorakshep to Kalapathar (5550m) and back to Lobuche (4940m); 7-8 hours
  • Day 11: Trek from Lobuche to Kongma La (5535m) and to Chukkung (4730m); 6-7 hours
  • Day 12: Trek from Chukkung to Island Peak Base Camp (5200m); 3-4 hours
  • Day 13: Pre climb training on Island Peak Base Camp
  • Day 14: Trek from Island Peak Base Camp to Island Peak Summit (6189m) and back to base camp; 10 - 12 hours
