Trip Overview

Welcome to an expedition of a lifetime with Mountain Sojourns in the mountains of Manali at Himachal Pradesh. Towards the north of Manali town on the white mountain range, lies the highest pinnacle which closes the valley at Friendship Peak. This trek to Friendship peak which is at 17,352 ft (5289mts) is for seven nights and eight days.
Many professional mountaineers and trained trekkers of the Indian Mountaineering Foundation have declared it as a trekking peak. It is a bit challenging for amateurs and beginners who have no or less experience in trekking. Travelers are suggested to have some high-altitude trekking experience in the Himalayas before they come on this trek. As you move to the top, you will come across glaciers, moraines, crevasses, and other mountain topographic features.
