Itinerary

Day 1: Report at Ladakh

Arrive at Ladakh and spend the rest of the day acclimatizing to the high altitude and preparing for the trek. You can also explore the nearby areas after getting some rest.

Day 2: Trek to Rumbak

The trek for the day begins early in the morning, where you drive up to Zingchen - the starting point of the trek trail. The trek begins with an ascent to Rumbak walking along the Rumbak river flowing. Covering the trek of 4-5 hours you spend the night in tents/homestay.

Day 3: Rumbak to Mankarmo - Crossing Stok La pass

After having breakfast, leave for Mankarmo trek where you trek at a height of 4300 meters witnessing the breathtaking views of some of the most spectacular snow-covered mountain peaks of the world. After covering the trek of 5-6 hours, you spend the night in a tent/homestay.

Day 4: Mankarmo to Stok Village

After an early breakfast, head to Stok Village which will be your last destination of the trekking expedition, and the same day you will drive back to Leh city from Stok village. You will stay in a Leh hotel overnight.

Day 5: Optional Free Day- to explore nearby areas

The day is meant to take rest or experience, explore the area, visit beautiful Lake of Pangong, or have a thrilling experience with White Water River rafting at Zanskar River.

Good to Know

  • Cancellation charges are calculated on the total amount payable and not on the booking amount.
  • If 100% of the amount is not paid while registering, the cancellation policy stands void.
  • Extra stay in Manali hotel or Leh is not included in the cost, and so is the transportation.
  • Transport arrangement would be applicable if we have a minimum of 8 people in a group who are willing to opt for travel option.
  • Remember to carry warm and soft clothes, sanitary kit, and other necessary items for trek trip.
