Day 01: Gather at Haridwar
You have to travel to Haridwar and meet LAFL experts. You will get a chance to spend the day at Haridwar. You may visit colorful markets, take part in Ganga aarti, and also enjoy local cuisine and mouth-watering chaat. You’ll spend the night in the hotel at Haridwar.
Day 02: Trip from Haridwar to Govindghat
You’ll leave early morning by private bus for Govindghat. This bus ride is the baby step of the beautiful journey, which is about to begin. You’ll spend the night at the hotel.
Day 03: from Govindghat to Ghangaria
You’ll do breakfast in the hotel in the early morning and leave for Ghangaria. You will reach Ghangaria in the late afternoon and spend the night at the hotel.
Day 04: from D-Day – Ghangaria to Valley of flowers
You’ll start your journey early morning after breakfast and pack lunch for the day. You’ll start trekking towards valley of flowers; it is a 3 km long trek on each side. You’ll trek at the height of 3342 to 3658 meters. You’ll get a chance to enjoy the unique and untouched beauty of Himalayan fauna. You’ll return to Ghangaria in the evening and here you’ll stay in the hotel overnight.
Day 05: from Ghangaria to Hemkund Sahib Trek
You’ll start trekking towards Hemkund Sahib. This is a steep climb. This place is holding a mythological tale about the Sikh Guru Gobind Singh. It is believed that he meditated at the shore of the lake which is surrounded by seven hills laden with snow. You’ll spend the night at the Hemkund hotel.
Day 06: from Ghangaria to Govind Ghat trek
You’ll start the day early in the morning after a delicious breakfast at the hotel and will carry packed lunch. You’ll start descending towards Govindghat. You’ll stay at the hotel overnight.
Day 07: Ghangaria to Govind Ghat Trek
You’ll get a bus ride from Govindghat to Haridwar which leads towards the end of this beautiful journey.
Food
You’ll get a chance to enjoy authentic Himalayan food during this beautiful and unforgettable journey. You’ll get vegetarian meals three times a day freshly cooked in the hotel. You’ll have breakfast in the hotel and carry packed lunch along with you provided by the hotel.
