Trip Overview

Join us on this 6-day trip to Beas Kund , a majestic, high-altitude glacial lake located in the Dhauladhar Range of the mighty Himalayas. Besides being a sacred place for the Hindus, Beas Kund is the mouth of the River Beas as well. Before the trek we'll go on an acclimatization hike through the ancient village of 'Soil' and experience the culture and cuisine of the Kullu Valley. On a guided tour after the trek, we'll explore the 'not to miss' attractions of Manali with options of paragliding to get the bird's eye view of the valley or try the highest zipline in the country.

Enjoy spectacular views of the nearby Shitidhar, Ladakhi, Friendship and Hanuman Tibba peaks. Trek through one of the most alluring trails in the Kullu region. See the Pir Panjal Range up close and follow the path of the river Beas.

Trek starts from Solang Valley, which boasts of some of the best skiing slopes in India and is the starting point of many treks in Himachal Pradesh. Although it sounds challenging, this trek is suitable for people of most age groups who have a reasonably good fitness level. No prior trekking experience is required to join in.
