Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu and overnight in Hotel

After you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, you would be provided a private car that would take you to the hotel. In the evening, you would be introduced to your trek guide in the pre-trek meeting. Before you attend the meeting, make sure you are done with your official documentation related to the trip. 

Day 2: Kathmandu to Lukla

After breakfast, you are supposed to take a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. On this short journey, you would come across beautiful breathtaking sceneries of mountains and valleys. After you reach Lukla, you head towards Phakding which requires 4 hours walking. On your way, you would witness beautifully painted walls and Mani stones. 

Day 3: Phakding to Namche Bazaar

The 3rd day begins with heading towards Namche Bazaar. On your way, you would also come across Sagarmatha national park. At Namacha Bazaar, you would have access to all the basic necessity as the market has many banks and internet cafes. The place is the main gateway to the Everest region and represents beautiful cultural disintegration. Accommodation is arranged in a tea-house or lodge with full-fledged facilities.

Day 4: Acclimatization at Namche Bazaar

The place is a perfect destination for acclimatization as the place is the main center of the Everest or Khumbu Region. There are several Government offices, Cafes, ATMs, shops, restaurants and bakery. You would also get a chance of visiting the Tourist Visitor center. 

Day 5: Namche Bazaar to Pangboche

The fifth day begins from Namche Bazaar to Pangboche. The trek takes around 5-6 continuous hours. You would also witness the exotic views of Taboche, Kangtega, Lhotse Shar, Thamserku and Ama Dablam. Tengboche is famous for Buddhist monasteries, and do not miss the chance to visit the National Park Head office while passing by Deboche. Pangboche Gompa exists is also a popular religious destination that you would pass by. Tea house lodging at night. 

Day 6: Pangboche to Thukla

After you are done with your breakfast, move towards Horse and Sonora. Pheriche is the halt for lunch. You would surpass various rugged trails, tea shops before you reach Thukla. Full-fledged tea-house lodging. 

Day 7: Thukla Trek to Everest Base camp

After breakfast, start climbing towards the Everest Base Camp Trek Trail. You would pass by many destinations such as Pyramid, Lobuche pass which is at 5110m, Gorak Shep Tsho Lake at Gorakshep. Halt at Gorakshep for lunch and then moving towards the camp and Pumori B.C and then you would reach Everest Base camp. Overnight stay in tea-house in Gorakshep on a full-board basis. 

Day 8: Climb to Kalapatthar and trek back to Pheriche

Enjoy the captivating and rejuvenating views of sunrise and sunsets over the snow-covered Himalayan regions such as Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and many others. Walk towards Kala Patthar which is situated at an altitude of 5550m. Now, from Kala Patthar descend towards Dingboche via Lobuche and then you would reach Pheriche. Lodging in the tea house in Pheriche. 

Day 9: Trek back to Namche Bazaar

Following the same trekking trail, you would come across Deboche, Tengboche and then reach Phunke Tenga. After crossing the suspension bridge over Dudh Kosi River, the trek moves towards Namche Bazaar. Startling views of Ama Dablam, Tawache, Lhotse and Thamserku will await you. Overnight stay in a tea house and serving of meals. 

Day 10: Trekking from Namche to Lukla 

From Namche Bazaar move towards Monju. Following the same trekking trail, Lukla via Phakding, witness the beautifully enriched Sherpa Culture. To celebrate the last moments of your trek, dinner will be arranged with the crews. You’ll stay in a hotel overnight with full-board meals.

Day 11: Back to Kathmandu

Flyback from Lukla to Kathmandu which is a 30-40 minutes flight. Farewell dinner at a Nepali restaurant with live music and dance.
