Trip Overview

Nepal is a country where you will find different types of travelers including the ones who visit the country to experience its vast culture and beauty, others who visit for a purpose like yoga retreat in the Himalayas and the others who like to have an adventurous trek. Nepal offers many reasons to visit which range from its breathtaking snow-capped mountains, lip-smacking cuisine, culture and tradition of the Nepalese people. 

Trekking is considered the best way to experience Nepal from the closest. The trekking trails in the country provides you opportunities to experience the unadulterated beauty of the mountains, villages, traditional life of the people, lush green forests and rivers. Tent peak base camp trek provides you an unforgettable experience of trekking in the 10th highest mountain in the world. 

Itinerary

Day 1: Kathmandu to Pokhara 
The first day will begin with a drive of six-hours to Pokhara from Kathmandu, distance covered will be around 200km. The city of Pokhara will leave you awestruck. The day will end with a lakeside area excursion.

Day 2: Pokhara to Pothana 
Your trek will officially start from the second day which includes a ride of an hour to Phedi after which you will begin an uphill climb. After walking for about four hours, you will reach Dhampus which is a Gurung settlement. From there, you will trek for around four hours and you will reach Patana which is a village surrounded by green forests. 

Day 3: Pothana to Jhinu Danda
You will experience trekking to hotels and lodges on the third day. You will then walk for an hour from Deurali through forests Tolka village reaching Landruk which is a Gurung settlement. You will rest there for some time and reach Sano Gaun from where the trail becomes uphill. You will reach your destination for the third day which is Jhini Danda. 

Day 4: Jhinu Danda to Dhoban 
On the fourth day, you will begin trekking early towards Chhomrong which takes around an hour. From there, you will move downwards to Chhomrong Khola and then you will reach Sinuwa from where the trek will take place through forests. From Sinuwa, you will reach Bamboo village after a trek of two hours. 

Day 5: Dhoban-Deurali
You will walk for seven hours on the fifth day which will be a tough trek. The trail will pass through hills and Rhododendron forest. 

Day 6: Deurali-Machhapuchhre Base Camp 
Your trek will begin early in the morning to Machhapuchhre Base Camp which will take four hours. The trail continues straight till Machhapuchhre Base Camp after a climb of few hours from Deurali. Your camp will be at the MBC for the night.

Day 7: Annapurna Base Camp from Machhapuchhre Base Camp 
You will reach Annapurna Base Camp after a few hours of trekking from Machhapuchhre Base Camp which is generally the final destination of this trail for many trekkers. You will take rest for the night at Annapurna Base Camp, as you have to reach the Tent Peak Base Camp. 

Day 8: Annapurna Base Camp to Tent Peak Base Camp
You will experience difficulty while trekking this day. Climbing guide rope will be used your guide as there will be a large rock in the middle of the trail. The trek becomes tougher as you will have to walk for a few hours through the Annapurna South Glacier. You will finally reach the Tent Peak Base Camp after trekking for around five hours. Your accommodation will be in a tent.

Day 9: Tent Peak Base Camp to High Camp
You will experience difficulty and a narrow trail on this day. It will take time to reach the High Camp as you will walk in thin air. 

Day 10: Rest Day at High Camp
Mountaineers who will be interested to climb Tent Peak should begin early in the morning, at around 3 am. Your accommodation will be in tents.

Day 11: High Camp Machhapuchhre Base Camp
Your descent of Machhapuchhre Base Camp will start on this day which is a narrow trail and passes through rock face. You will cross the difficult rock face with the help of ropes. Your trekking will continue till you reach Machhapuchhre Base Camp.

Day 12: Machhapuchhre Base to Sinuwa
As the trek is going to be long, you will have to begin early in the morning. It will be late in the evening when you will reach Sinuwa.

Day 13: Trek to Ghandruk 
It will be a long trek on this day too after which you will reach Chhomrong. You will continue with the trek after crossing Kumrung Khola and then you will walk to Kumrung Dahda. The trek will continue and you will reach Ghandruk. 

Day 14: Ghandruk to Pokhara
This will be the final day of your adventurous 14 days long journey. From Ghandruk, the walk continues to Nayapul through Kimche, Sauli Bazar and Birethanti. You will reach your hotel from Nayapul, reach your hotel in Pokhara.

  • 20% stored sum is non-refundable 
  • It is advised to delay your outing rather dropping it as a delay charge of USD 150 will be deducted from your development store and remaining sum will be moved as your equalization sum which you can use for your next trip with us.

Itinerary

Day 1: Kathmandu to Pokhara

Day 7: Annapurna Base Camp from Machhapuchhre Base Camp 
You will reach Annapurna Base Camp after a few hours of trekking from Machhapuchhre Base Camp which is generally the final destination of this trail for many trekkers. You will take rest for the night at Annapurna Base Camp, as you have to reach the Tent Peak Base Camp. 

Day 8: Annapurna Base Camp to Tent Peak Base Camp
You will experience difficulty while trekking this day. Climbing guide rope will be used your guide as there will be a large rock in the middle of the trail. The trek becomes tougher as you will have to walk for a few hours through the Annapurna South Glacier. You will finally reach the Tent Peak Base Camp after trekking for around five hours. Your accommodation will be in a tent.

Day 9: Tent Peak Base Camp to High Camp
You will experience difficulty and a narrow trail on this day. It will take time to reach the High Camp as you will walk in thin air. 

Day 10: Rest Day at High Camp
Mountaineers who will be interested to climb Tent Peak should begin early in the morning, at around 3 am. Your accommodation will be in tents.

Day 11: High Camp Machhapuchhre Base Camp
Your descent of Machhapuchhre Base Camp will start on this day which is a narrow trail and passes through rock face. You will cross the difficult rock face with the help of ropes. Your trekking will continue till you reach Machhapuchhre Base Camp.

Day 12: Machhapuchhre Base to Sinuwa
