Itinerary

  • Day 01: Kathmandu to hotel
    Complete custom formalities at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. Our staff will pick you and drop you at the hotel. The rest of the day is free which you can utilize as you want. In the evening you’ll get welcome dinner.
    Accommodation: Overnight in Kathmandu

  • Day 02: Kathmandu to Tumlingtar
    Take a plane to Tumlingtar, and it’ll take less than half an hour. As flights are not regular, alternately, you’ll take a flight to Biratnagar and then a jeep or bus to Tumlingtar.

  • Day 03: Tumlingtar to Chiyabesi
    Today you’ll take a short descend from Tumlingtar to reach the banks of Arun. Jeep trek trail passes through traditional houses. Giddhe is one village with basic lodges. Satighat is the main place en route. Many inhabitants live on the upper side, where heat is less oppressive. Most trekkers prefer staying at Chiyabesi.

  • Day 04: Chiyabesi to Tabular
    The trail continues through hot and humid Arun valley before climbing to the west. After reaching Kkattike, you’ll cross through Majhuwaand after that Likhuwa side valley. Cross through the small settlement of Chalise. Enjoy a homestay in Chalise. Later across the river is Tabular with lodges. You may pass through it in a day.

  • Day 05: Tabular to Dobhane
    The route continues along Likhuwa Khola and heads towards Gothe Bazaar. Near the bazaar, you’ll cross a bridge on Benkhuwa River. Negdaha has possible homestay for overnight stay. Further Dobhan has a few basic lodging.

  • Day 06: Dobhan to Salpa Phedi
    Route follows the great Himalaya cultural trail. The path starts climbing from Dongbhae and generally keeps above the river to Tendo. Stay overnight at Salpa Phedi. It lies below the Salpa Bhanjyang pass. Here lodging facility is just fine.

  • Day 07: Salpa Phedi to Guranse
    The trail will start getting slightly more troublesome as you start gaining altitude from Phedi to the pass. The trail will take 3 hours. It is a steep climb that passes through bamboo, oak, and rhododendron forests. Guranse is 1 hour before the pass.

  • Day 08: Guranse to Sanam
    You’ll get the first sight of Buddhist territory as chortan marks the Salpa Pass. As you head up from Guranse, you’ll reach Salpa Pass. At first, the descent is gentle as you start climbing you’ll experience that this is a wild country and prolific in dense forests. You may encounter black bears and red pandas. After crossing Salpa Pokhari Lake, the toute continues its momentum via Dhaka. The village is clean and there is an old monastery and a newer one. There is a lodge nearby Gompa.

  • Day 09: Sangam to Bung
    This is a tough day. You will have to climb a lot. You’ll find the first Sherpa settlement en route. Nichola and Tiu have a couple of Gompas and some confusing trails. You’ll cross through Guidel and descend through the forest to reach Honda Khola. Climb through cloudy forest to reach Bung a large spread out the place, and there is another village Rai.

  • Day 10: Bung to Gaikharka
    The trail to Bung is a steady climb around Khiraule. There is a locally framed monastery under the rings of trees and good lodges making tourists stop here. Hereafter crossing Surkhe La, you can enjoy the views of Inkhu valley. After passing through Inkhu downhill, you’ll reach Gaikharka.

  • Day 11: Gaikharka to Pangom
    Today the route will drop at Inkhu Khola. This is severe with climbing trail making for Sibue and Sibu has a few lodges and a homestay. The path will make a short descent to Pangom. It is a pleasant place for overnight stay. This place boasts about Hillary school.

  • Day 12: Pangom to Puiyan
    After leaving the sunny Pangom route, the trail will drop around the hillside and ridges to join the classic Everest route. En route Kharte is above Kharikhola - a simple lunch spot. This higher trail will take you to Arun valley to Puritan and after that, a regular trek to Namche.

  • Day 13: Puiyan to Lukla
    The trek will involve a lot of ascents and usually takes around 4 hours. You’ll stay overnight at Lukla.

  • Day 14: Lukla to Kathmandu
    You’ll catch an early morning flight for Kathmandu. After reaching Kathmandu, you’ll take some rest and go for souvenir shopping. You’ll explore some areas of Kathmandu. Our guide will help you with it. In the evening, you’ll get a farewell dinner. Stay overnight in Kathmandu.

  • Day 15: Kathmandu to Tribhuvan Airport
    Your adventure trip to Nepal will come to an end today. A representative will drop you at the international airport 3 hours before your scheduled flight.
